Super Simple, Super Fun Halloween card!

I love these pumpkins, and so do my kids. This set is a "two step stampin" set, or in this case 4 step. the pumpkin, face, stem and curly que are all different stamps. I used dusty durango for the pumpkins. . .great for Halloween!

This is one of my favorite cards of the set. I used the markers to color directly on the wheel, it takes a little time, but you don't have to be perfect and it creates this beautiful multi-colored image!

I'm back

I'm getting back into the swing of things this week, and that includes posting to my blog. I have done some stamping the past week and I'm excited to share some of the projects. Last Monday I received a box of new goodies from the upcoming mini catalog. and I've started to play with them a little. The card in the picture was made on my quest to go through my stamps sets alphabetically and use each one. I'm still working on the H's. This stamp set is Heard from the Heart. It has four great sentiments that can be paired with flowers and other embellishments. I used the pretties kit to dress this card up.

I just wanted to let you know that I won't be posting any this week. My father passed away on Saturday.

Thank you so much for your support. So many of my stamping friends have sent me emails and cards over the last year, and have been so understanding when I had to change or cancel classes due to my dad's chemo schedule.

Stamping has been and continues to be a great therapy for me so I look forward to stamping with all of you again very soon.

I'm sorry I haven't posted. My dad has taken a turn for the worse. Last week he fell at his house and we made arrangements for him to move in with us.
